Service

Membership at Elite Fitness is a privilege, not a right. All Agents must satisfy the following identity protocols:

• Non-Transferability: Membership credentials (QR codes, RFID tags, Biometrics) are exclusively for the registered individual. "Tailgating" or allowing unauthorized entry will result in a permanent ban and a penalty fee of ₹5,000.
• Age Requirement: Agents must be at least 16 years of age. Minors (16-18) require a legal guardian's wet-ink signature on the physical liability waiver at the facility.
• Freezing Protocols: Memberships may be placed in 'Cryo-Stasis' (Frozen) for medical reasons (with doctor's certificate) or travel (proof of ticket required) for a minimum of 14 days and maximum of 60 days per year. A reactivation fee applies.

The Lab operates on a strict automated billing cycle.

*All fees are subject to GST (18%) as per Government of India regulations. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance once the service period has commenced.

Maintenance of The Lab's atmosphere is critical. The following behaviors are classified as Level 1 Violations:

• Aggressive Behavior: Verbal abuse, physical intimidation, or harassment of staff or other members will trigger immediate expulsion and police reporting.
• Equipment Abuse: Dropping weights (dumbbells/plates) intentionally, failing to re-rack weights, or misusing machinery resulting in damage. You are liable for replacement costs.
• Hygiene Breach: Failure to use towels, working out in street clothes (jeans/boots), or entering with muddy footwear.
• Unauthorized Coaching: Soliciting business or training other members for a fee within the facility is strictly prohibited.

By signing this agreement (digitally or physically), you explicitly acknowledge these risks. You hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Elite Fitness, its parent company (Infozy Systems), its directors, trainers, and employees from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your use of the facility. This waiver applies to injuries caused by equipment malfunction, slip-and-fall incidents, or negligence. You affirm that you have consulted a physician before beginning this regime.

The Lab is a sanctuary. Privacy is paramount.

• Photography: Selfies are permitted only in mirrors that do not capture other members. Tripods and professional lighting rigs require prior written approval from Management.
• Locker Rooms: Mobile phone usage for photography/video in locker rooms, saunas, or changing areas is a criminal offense and will be prosecuted under IPC Section 354C (Voyeurism).
• Surveillance: You consent to being filmed by CCTV for security purposes in common areas.

Elite Fitness is not a secure vault.

Lockers are provided for temporary use while you are in the facility. We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items (phones, wallets, jewelry) left in lockers or on the gym floor. Items left in lockers overnight will be removed and donated to charity after 7 days.

Operational hours are subject to change based on holidays or maintenance. The Lab is not liable for service interruptions caused by "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to: Acts of God, pandemics, government lockdowns, power grid failures, or civil unrest. During such events, membership freezes will be applied at management discretion.
